∙ Applications for approval of in-house programming (CLE Rule 4.06) must be
submitted 30 days prior to the activity.

14. Credit Hours: To calculate the number of credit hours, enter the number of
minutes of instruction on the first line and divide by 50 minutes. Hours are
rounded down with a minimum of 25 minutes. (e.g. 1.0, 1.5, 2.0) Time devoted to
introductory remarks, breaks, meetings or meals does not qualify for CLE credit.
Professional responsibility credit must be in an identifiable block of time on
the program agenda to qualify.
